A Nostalgic Journey

My love affair with artichokes began during a family road trip in France. We stumbled upon a market with a large pile of artichokes, and my uncle introduced us to the delightful taste of steamed artichokes with a French mustard and Maggi dipping sauce. It was love at first bite!

Thai Traditions of Preservation

In Thailand, preserving and pickling are art forms. My mom was a master at preserving fruits and vegetables, often incorporating intricate carvings. While I never developed a passion for carving, I appreciate the artistry and focus on practicality.

Practical Pickling

Since moving to the U.S., I've embraced a straightforward approach to pickling. Using salt, vinegar, and stevia, I create a tangy, mouth-puckering flavor that extends the shelf life of my veggies.
